He especially likes fish and his favorite dish is bacalhau a braz, that will be a combination of cod, onions, thinly chopped onions and scrambled eggs. At restaurants, Ronaldo says that he frequently orders steak and a salad.

“Eat regularly,” Ronaldo continues. “If you train regularly it’s important to maintain energy levels high to fuel your system for improved performance. I occasionally eat up to six smaller meals a day to be sure I have sufficient power to execute each session at top level”

Hydration is essential, too – “drinking water is so essential,” Ronaldo affirms – but one of those sacrifices that he gets to maintain his body in prime condition is avoiding alcohol.

Nutritious living isn’t something which Ronaldo takes a couple of hours to each day – it’s a way of life that he adheres to at all times.

That’s not just a physical obstacle but a mental one, too. “Learn to train your own mind in addition to your entire body,” Ronaldo states. “Emotional strength is just as important as physical power and can help you reach your goals.

“Be well educated. Keeping yourself inspired and sticking to your routine is crucial. For me, there’s not any room for relieving off so I have to be strict”

You can help yourself by setting targets and working with a practice associate, adding competitiveness and company into your regular.

If he isn’t exercising Ronaldo attempts to maintain a relaxed, relaxed lifestyle regardless of his huge fame and the attention that he controls.
