Digital Marketing Engineer

As a Digital Marketing Engineer in White Shark Media® you are accountable for assisting Small to Mid-Sized Firms promote their business in electronic media by developing successful advertising campaigns on Google.com (Google Adwords)and Bing.com (Bing Advertising).

As a Digital Advertising Engineer    you’ll be working individually as part of a group including 6-9 other Digital Media Engineers along with a Digital Media Manager. They will all provide you with backup, feedback and support as your very first day.

Your daily tasks will include: Report writing, building new AdWords campaigns and optimizing your current Client portfolio, ensuring effective utilization of customer’s monthly online marketing budgets each our firm’s best practices while maintaining sufficient turnaround times for each.

Your primary responsibility is to develop a strong internet advertising strategy and Boost Adwords and Bing accounts to achieve the desirable results while promoting the rise of the exact same.

Essential Roles & Responsibilities

  • Deliver Adwords campaigns based upon evaluation, observation, inspection and busy decision making (all based on objectives and funding).
  • Keep close working relationship with your Digital Marketing Consultant as he/she will function as your customer’s primary point of contact.
  • Delivering monthly reports for a Digital Marketing Consultant while assessing campaigns and performance to derive crucial insights.
  • Generating key word lists and writing advertising copy, in addition to structuring Bing and AdWords campaigns for optimal performance.
  • Utilize predefined tools and comparable procedures as part of an ongoing overview of target/keyword relevancy.
  • Introduction campaigns to the various advertising networks, tracking the ongoing campaign performance and executing key optimizations.
  • Be available to take part in communicating with customers where deemed necessary (i.e. in temporary lack of your Digital Marketing Consultant and/or for joint efforts to retain or grow your client portfolio).

Required Skills/Experience

  • Graduated in Media, Business or comparable.
  • Language proficiency is a must, preferably having a TOEFL certification.
  • Exhibits solid communication skills (oral, written and presentation) — in order to effectively introduce strategic and tactical plans to a Digital Marketing Consultant and inner team
  • Demonstrates understanding of and ability to facilitate and manage forecasting, participation and pacing, campaign development and optimisation.
  • Excellent critical thinking, problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability and willingness to learn new tools and technologies.
  • Excellent ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously, meet deadlines, and manage work-related stress is required.
  • Friendly, courteous, professional, sociable, and client service oriented.
  • To remain composed and specialist under stressful circumstances.
  • Must have the ability to work independently and productively with minimal supervision.
  • Recognize problems, identify possible causes and resolve routine problems.
  • Team player having a “can do” attitude that could work in a fast atmosphere.

Required Skills/Experience

  • Experience with AdWords, Bing or alternative Search marketing or SEO, PPC, etc..
  • Experience managing social media ad campaigns such as Facebook.
  • Knowledge of other languages in addition to English or even Spanish.
  • Has to have a proven ability to drive leads with high degree of personal initiative and leadership in an environment with limited resources.
