SEEING a growing demand for creatives, a college is currently investing in a arts and design school for senior students. In a media conference yesterday, Southwestern University-Phinma (SWU-PHINMA) announced that it’s slated to provide a arts and design plan for mature high school this June. The program provides specializations in merchandising and fashion design, graphic design, and multimedia.
