ZM hosts Jase and PJ are not shredding for summertime, embarking on yet another absurd challenge.
This moment, the radio larrikins have set themselves the go to just eat chips this week, even after hearing later eating nothing but potatoes for a year, about a guy who lost 50kg.
They’re not really going quite angry, rather tackling the diet plan to get 100 hours.
To sticking to this regime that is unusual the principles include not being able to consume anything other than hot chips for lunch, breakfast and dinner.
The chips can be made or bought but they can’t eat exactly the chip for at least 1 meal.
Sauces or no more condiments are all permitted to accompany the chips making for a bland mealtime.
PJ is much less than pleased with all the #hotchipdiet.
“I reckon your energy moves downhill and mood swings kick in. We’re saving the greatest hot chips for its very last days such as Nandos and KFC.”
Jase says PJ is “slightly nervous because she’s a bridesmaid in a wedding this weekend and had her attire taken in last week although she might need to get it taken back out again after eating so many chips that are hot.”
They both agree the best chips they have attempted up to now are hand cut kinds. They especially Suggest those from Elk on Graham St.
Jase says: “We had coffee and hot chips for breakfast in the morning and last night that I just had two types of red wine and some hot chips and went to bed.”
But while Jase is pleased to endorse the unusual diet, PJ isn’t a fan. “I wouldn’t suggest this diet to anyone else.”
PJ reckons her very first meal after the #HotChipDiet will comprise “something with warm chili, garlic and coriander in a new salad.”
Jase is keen on some gnocchi.
