Justin Lloyd, who’s public struggle with cancer motivated communities in the Capital Region along with also his Massachussetts and Union College baseball teammates and coaches, has expired. He was 23. “Justin Lloyd is my hero,” Paul Mound, head trainer at the Union Dutchmen, said in an announcement. “He lived his entire life with class and determination. He was an inspiration to many of us and we were lucky to have him as a friend and teammate.” Lloyd expired on Aug. 3.
