Among the amazing frauds of the time is the use of ‘natural’ as another kind of virtue-signalling, and of marketing. I doubt there is any significant evidence of health gaps between people who consume a diet rich in ‘natural’ produce versus individuals who consume equal amounts of supposedly ‘non-organic’ produce.
