Effectively manage client account connections so as to maximize upsell and market opportunities with our solutions. Cultivate New Business referral opportunities.
Build and maintain client relationships spent with clients. Delivering foster ongoing client relationship and high quality client experience. This will consist of on-boarding calls, status calls, assess in forecasts, cross-sell and upsell renewal , calls and referral opportunities. Maintain Client documents, notes and history in Salesforce. Referrals from Existing Clients for solutions. Advertising campaigns associate with advertiser’s goals. To be able to ease client issue resolution make decisions on promotional allowances. Participate in all tasks, development and training. Maintain outstanding scores on Team, CSAT and Client Satisfaction Surveys.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
Daily
- First responder for client requests and queries
- On-board New Customers as marketed by Revenue Department, DMA’s
Weekly
- Work cooperatively with all WSM staff members and sections on client management
- Review Campaign Performance with DME spouses in preparation for all client calls
- Evaluate campaign performance with DME partners and solve issues
- Monitor client payments and repayment failures
- support and participate in schedule training and development sessions
Monthly
- Perform monthly client calls
- Identify opportunities for cross-sell and upsell
- Present and shut upsell and cross- sell opportunities
- Attend training sessions — sales, product or stage
As Needed
- Coordinate client escalations
- Communicate with other groups to solve client problems
- Address client reporting requests
- Facilitate payment sets.
Required Skills/Experience
Business Development and Retention
- Ability to develop and nurture long-term relationships with both existing and recently acquired customers.
- Ability to appraise a client’s needs and tie solutions to those demands
- Ability to comprehend upsell/cross selling opportunities and communicate recommended solutions
