Mahindra Holidays buys 3.22% in HCR for 2.16 mn euros

The Mahindra party organization, through its step-down part Covington S.a.r.l, has elevated risk in Vacation Club Hotels Oy, Finland by obtaining one more 3.22 per cent risk within the share capital of HCR and therefore, its risk in HCR went as much as 95.16 percent, MHRIL stated in a processing to BSE.
